The Business Development Associate role supports the contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) market with responsibility for identifying and qualifying new opportunities and acting as the first commercial contact for prospective customers. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and collaborating closely with Business Development and Marketing. Role purpose •Serve as the primary initial contact for new prospects and inbound leads, shaping their first commercial experience with the organization. •Understand customer needs and project scope to determine fit with the company’s services portfolio and route qualified opportunities to Business Development. •Help expand awareness of the organization’s capabilities across modalities.
