About The Position

As a Business Development Associate, you'll be the first interaction homeowners have with our brand while generating real revenue and creating opportunities for both yourself and the company. What You'll Do Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and start meaningful conversations Identify interest in premium window and door improvement solutions Set high-quality, in-home consultation appointments for the sales team Track activity and results using provided tools (Tablet/iPad) Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a competitive spirit What Success Looks Like Top performers consistently achieve: 10-25 conversations with homeowners per day 2–5 appointments set daily Understanding what qualifies as a high-quality appointment Direct impact on team revenue and your personal earnings This is a performance-driven, people-facing role. Requirements

  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset

  • Basic technology skills (tablet/scheduling tools)
  • Reliable, consistent, and accountable
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
