An Associate Representative, Business Development (BDR) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities with small and medium-sized customers, building, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers, driving revenue and volume growth, and managing the daily operational needs of accounts. Please note, this role is an on site role, Monday-Friday Compensation for this role is $40,000-$45,000 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
