About The Position

Nova Group, GBC is seeking an exceptional Business Development Associate to contribute to our west coast US sales objectives. As a Business Development Associate, you will support Nova’s Business Development team while learning the full sales lifecycle with the goal of becoming fully client-facing.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, finance, or commercial real estate sales, finance or due diligence industry (1-3+ years)
  • Working knowledge of the commercial real estate industry transaction processes and flow
  • CRM software experience
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Strong communication and team relationship skills
  • Availability to travel
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Economics, or other relevant fields

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales outreach activities, including prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups
  • Conduct market and client research to support lead generation and new business opportunities
  • Support sales team with sales preparation, materials, presentations, and CRM management
  • Participate in required real estate, finance, and sales training programs with the expectation of progressing into direct revenue-producing responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities
  • Stay current with new Nova service lines and capabilities
  • Other duties as assigned
