Bots Unlimited LLC is seeking a driven Business Development & Client Success Manager to lead new customer acquisition, manage long-term client relationships, and expand strategic accounts across robotics, UAS, IoT, industrial automation, and embedded-electronics markets. This role owns the full client lifecycle—from initial outreach, qualification, and SQ/RFQ generation through quoting, negotiation, post-sale support, reorders, and long-term scaling. You will work directly with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure our NDAA-compliant modules and embedded hardware solutions meet real-world application needs, and you will help customers transition from prototype evaluation to volume production. This position will work directly with engineering, production, and supply-chain teams to understand custom requirements, support client projects, and ensure successful delivery. The BD/Client Success Manager will travel for client meetings, trade shows, industry events, supplier visits, and relationship building up to 50% of the time. We are looking for highly self-managed individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building technical relationships in emerging hardware markets.
