Business Development Analyst
About The Position
STV currently has an opening in our Boston office to work as part of our Transportation Division. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our Transportation Division to support our client service team. The Division is a dedicated group of professionals in engineering, planning, environmental, architecture, and operations who are committed to designing and building our region’s great infrastructure assets to keep our economy moving forward. Requirements
- Candidate is organized, decisive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments under strict deadlines and willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft ® Suite to analyze, prepare, and write communications to assist in business development efforts.
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills and ability to adapt to an industry-specific style guide.
- Experience with database management and CRM software is a plus.
- College degree, preferably in English or Liberal Arts, or an industry-related field
Nice To Haves
- Experience with marketing in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist in business development, creating and maintaining project win plans, client capture plans, general client strategy and pursuit tracking via CRM.
- Develop reports as requested by management using the CRM database.
- Provide administrative and technical management support to the technical teams in the T&I Division on projects from pursuit preparation through project initiation.
