About Dronisos Dronisos is a global leader in drone light shows, transforming the sky into a captivating canvas with hundreds of synchronized drones. Our technology has been embraced by major theme parks, entertainment companies, and global brands , establishing Dronisos as a pioneer in live entertainment technology . Founded in France, Dronisos set up its U.S. Business Unit in 2023 in Orlando, Florida. With a solid foundation now established, including operational setup, successful projects with major US clients, and local partnerships, the focus is now on rapid growth. Our goal for the next 12 months: accelerate sales and build recurring business in the U.S. market . The Mission As a Business Developer, you’ll drive sales growth and foster client relationships across the U.S. market. Your primary focus will be to design and execute an outbound strategy to generate new opportunities — both one-shot shows and permanent installations . You’ll be part of our U.S. team based in Orlando (3 people) and report directly to the CEO . You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Team in France to build the sales pipeline and continuously improve tools and proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a sales strategy for the U.S. market, aligned with the company’s global objectives.
  • Prospect and convert new clients in theme parks, live events, touring shows, brand activations, and sports entertainment.
  • Identify and pursue tender opportunities (public and private).
  • Build strong relationships with key industry players and monitor market trends through competitive analysis.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, feasibility assessment, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with French teams (creative, operations, finance) to deliver tailored proposals.
  • Represent Dronisos at industry events and trade shows such as IAAPA, TEA events, and others.
  • Report on sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Deliver tangible results: new leads, signed contracts, and recurring business.
