About The Position

The Business Deployment and Process Manager is a high-impact role responsible for the end-to-end design, optimization, and scaling of business processes. This individual bridges the gap between high-level strategy and floor-level execution, ensuring that new initiatives, technologies, or workflows are deployed seamlessly across the organization while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Methodology Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), Kaizen, or Agile Project Management.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Field and Contact Center systems (NCM, CATI), CRM tools (Salesforce), or BPM software (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
  • Influencing Skills: Exceptional ability to lead by influence rather than authority, particularly in matrixed organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 7–10 years in operations management, project management, or management consulting.
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Rollout: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale deployments (software, hardware, or operational workflows), ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Process Architecture: Map "as-is" processes and design "to-be" workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Change Management: Act as a primary change agent, guiding cross-functional teams through transitions and overcoming resistance to new ways of working.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure the success of deployments and identify areas for further optimization.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact between executive leadership, technical teams, product, tech and end-users to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs to ensure long-term sustainability of new processes.

Benefits

  • Our comprehensive benefits package (including health & wellness plans, 401(k) retirement coupled with a Nielsen match, a generous paid time off policy, company provided car for those who qualify, and if eligible, a discretionary incentive/bonus) is designed to be inclusive for all employees and families, and we take pride in ensuring that employees are rewarded holistically for the role they are doing and their performance.
