As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations. Google's Trust and Safety team protects users and partners from abuse across products like Search, Gmail, Maps, and Ads. By combining technical expertise with user insights, team members address challenges to ensure ecosystem integrity. Protecting the experience of partners in more than 40 languages is a priority. We defend Google's integrity by developing product policies and combating fraud, spam, and abuse. This involves collaborating with Legal, Engineering, and Public Policy teams to create scalable solutions. Driven by safety, team members use technical know how to maintain user trust. In this role, you will design metrics to support Trust and Safety for Search, Ads, Shopping, and YouTube. You will ensure stakeholders have the data needed for business decisions and lead the development of predictive analytics and segmentation models for user experience strategies. Working with Product Managers and Data Engineers, you will transform data into actionable insights to meet user needs, enhance satisfaction, and decrease escalations. You will manage complex, end-to-end projects with excellence. We need someone with strong communication and investigative skills, with a track record of converting technical data into business narratives and strategic initiatives.
