Line of Business Job Description: This role is part of the GTMO Business Control Process Health and Governance Team supporting test of control test execution. Role is expected to support controlled testing which cannot be supported by our GBS QRT team due to Restricted Clients. Examples: – Call listening (inbound and outbound calls) where identification cannot be done through data reviews prior to calls being listed to for Restricted Clients, Family Office testing etc. Key components of the role, however not limited to are:

Requirements

• Knowledge of Commercial Card Fraud/Service applications.
• Knowledge of Treasury Fulfillment, Global Fulfillment Solution application.
• Ability to recognize when risk
• Detail-oriented, committed to accuracy.
• Proficient with Excel and SharePoint sites.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to quickly locate resources.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience performing testing.
• Knowledge of NICE application

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to complete all assigned testing / reviews both timely and accurately on behalf of the GTMO line of businesses/front line units we support for Quality Assurance.
• Ensure all actions are taken to ensure that number of tests / reviews per advisor is adhered to.
• Ensure all actions are taken to support GBS QRT Team’s questions.
• Participate in and support risk reviews and evidence gathering as needed. (Audit, Compliance, Op’s Risk EIT etc.).
• Knowledge of line of business/front line unit procedures.
• Monitor changes to line of business/front line unit procedures and assess for updates to associated Test of Control Review procedures.
• Partner with Test of Controls Leads to ensure test scripts are accurate.
• Partner with Test of Controls Leads to escalate defect trends.
• Accountable for ensuring defects are identified accurately and contain the correct level of detail for the GTMO line of business/front line unit to act upon timely.
