As a Business Continuity Specialist Sr. within PNC's Technology Risk organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Phoenix, AZ. Develops business continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing, emergency response, and recovery. Provides insight on the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective. Leads business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning. Provides support and expertise during live events. Conducts, communicates, and maintains business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. Identifies and quantifies the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios. Participates in the preparation of reporting for the LOB committee/executive on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. May partner with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues. Leads the development and enhancement of information on continuity processes, standards and initiatives. Provides support for the development and delivery of training on business continuity. Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • Certifications are often desired.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce and/or Fusion Risk Management experience as a System Administrator with proven results
  • Ability to configure, maintain, and optimize objects, workflows, process automation, and system integrations.
  • Able to manage user access, permissions, profiles, and security settings to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders or vendor support.
  • Able to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data quality controls to support Business Continuity, Risk, and operational teams.
  • Able to lead or support enhancement projects, release management, and system upgrades, ensuring proper documentation, testing, and change control.
