About The Position

This role provides expert leadership and guidance on complex Program Management initiatives. It requires significant creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering strategic projects. The position leverages deep professional knowledge to advise functional leaders and deliver thought leadership within Program Management, while contributing to broader enterprise initiatives. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the enterprise Business Continuity Strategy. Drive awareness and understanding of Business Continuity planning and preparedness across the organization. Maintain all assigned Incident Response and Business Continuity Plans annually, including facilitating the development of recovery strategies. Lead training and provide guidance to Plan Coordinators to ensure plans are accurately maintained in Fusion Risk Management and can be executed as designed. Build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, Corporate Security, Facilities, and Human Resources, to ensure compliance and alignment with Business Continuity objectives. Monitor, identify, and report incidents or emerging regional and global threats; log and update incidents in Fusion Risk Management as appropriate. Support incident/crisis response coordination as required by management, including occasional work outside normal business hours and participation in post-incident debriefs. Facilitate Business Continuity tabletop exercises and work area recovery drills, including planning scenarios, developing test scripts, coordinating participants, and documenting follow-up actions. Conduct Business Impact Analyses to assess time sensitivity and prioritize critical processes based on established criteria. Assist with third-party risk assessments related to Business Continuity, including identifying control gaps, documenting findings, recommending remediation plans, and supporting remediation activities. Create and execute notifications in the emergency notification system and provide training as needed. Identify opportunities for improvement within the Business Continuity Program. Support completion of third-party audit requests and questionnaires. Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates related to Business Continuity Management. Perform additional Business Continuity Management (BCM) duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 3 plus years experience in Business Continuity
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
