From our global headquarters in Boca Raton Florida, and extensive employee base in Hyderabad India, we are a team of 4,500+ passionate problem-solvers on a mission to increase medical practice success and improve patient outcomes: ModMed is seeking to hire a Business Continuity Plan/Disaster Program Manager (BCP/DR Program Manger) who will assist the Chief Information Security Officer in leading and maturing the organization’s BCP/DR practices. This role will also manage complex information security projects for the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in information security or related fields.
Background in GRC with a strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and security programs.
Process oriented mindset with a track record of building sustainable business processes.
Strong organizational and project/program management skills with a focus on delivering results.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executives and stakeholders.
Strong Risk Management background.
Holds themself and others accountable to deliver successful outcomes.
Consistently achieves quality results, overcomes obstacles, and inspires others to do the same.

CISSP CISM CISA, preferred.

Responsibilities

Information Security Program Management: Facilitating execution of the organization’s cybersecurity strategy by managing security programs/projects, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery milestones. Develop and maintain a cybersecurity program roadmap that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks, and ensure stakeholder alignment for key security initiatives.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Assist in the development and execution of security governance frameworks, policies, and standards. Lead efforts to establish an industry standard based Risk Management Program at ModMed. Collaborate with the existing Security GRC team at ModMed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (E.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, etc.)
Metrics & Reporting Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of security programs and initiatives. Develop executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate program status, risk posture, and operational performance to leadership and the board.
