About The Position
The Business Continuity Analyst will support the Global Treasury Merchant Operations (GTMO) organization by managing business continuity efforts, including ownership of live events and process disruptions. The role involves close collaboration with the Global Operation Response Management team and GTMO Front Line Units, representing GTMO at various forums and ensuring effective response measures are enacted during disruptions. The analyst will also be responsible for maintaining procedures, documentation, and reporting related to business continuity, while addressing technology disruptions that affect clients and employees.
