What you get to do in this role: Support with conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Helping with BIA refresh report Updating business continuity plans for business processes Helping the team in facilitating business continuity and crisis management tabletop exercises Supporting the team with cloud disaster recovery exercise and report Support with reviewing site risk assessment process for ServiceNow's critical sites Helping with the post exercise review Support with coordinating with different resiliency teams (Disaster recovery, crisis management, cloud availability) Support with building BCM program training materials Understanding of ServiceNow’s BCM application Support with building BCM AI use cases

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a full-time Master's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university.
  • Graduating December 2026, or later
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Automation knowledge (Python, bash scripting) and experience hardening Linux, Windows, or Mac systems
  • Background working with data logging applications (e.g. Splunk)
  • Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys, Nessus)
  • A defensive security mindset
  • Ability to explain complex issues to executives and customers

Nice To Haves

  • GSEC, GCIH, CEH, GCIA or CISSP certifications are a plus
