Operations & Performance – We are a holistic solution across end-to-end business processes including finance, operations, integrated planning, procurement and more that address our client’s bottom-line performance challenges and develop recommendations to turnaround, stabilize, and optimize operations. Competency areas include supply chain optimization, sourcing and procurement, enterprise cost reduction, restructuring, and enterprise business planning. Talent & Culture – We empower our client’s growth and transformation through alignment of their organizational structure, service delivery model, change management capabilities, and employee experience. Competency areas include culture transformation, organizational design, employee experience, learning and development, human resources operations, communications, and change enablement.
