About The Position

In this role, you will create a Finance vision and strategy that enables CFOs to drive long-term value for their business. You will design a future operating model, with the help of EY subject matter experts, that meets all reporting, regulatory, and control requirements and is underpinned by viable technologies. Additionally, you will develop a case for change that incorporates financial and non-financial costs and benefits, represent the latest finance thought leadership and innovation across all themes on the CFO agenda, and create a transformation roadmap and schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and/or projects, maintaining focus on quality and risk management while navigating operational and organizational dynamics. You will have the opportunity to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive thought leadership and innovation. This role offers a chance to solve complex problems, develop deep insights, and achieve performance objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years relevant experience in a consulting finance strategy and transformation role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and/or projects, maintaining focus on quality and risk management, while navigating operational and organizational dynamics.
  • May be accountable for the budget, delivery, and performance of complex processes, solutions, and/or projects to achieve performance objectives.
  • Provides leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple activities. Leads teams with broad visibility to achieve performance objectives.
  • Provides deep insight in a function or specialism through analysis and knowledge of best practices to solve complex problems, drive thought leadership, and innovation.
  • Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally through individual and/or team performance (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming, etc.).
  • Responsible for building and managing client relationships, revenue generation, and/or managing commercial relationships.

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,400 to $343,600.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180,500 to $390,500.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
