Requirements

  • One or more years' experience working with Customer Relationship Management databases such as Salesforce.
  • Two or more years of recent billing experience.
  • Associate's degree in business or a related field.
  • Understanding of billing systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Client service focused with the ability to prioritize and provide timely follow-up
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, deadline-driven and detail-oriented professional with the ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Two or more years of recent call center experience.
  • Two or more years of recent customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with requests, including billing inquires, credit adjustments, misapplied payments, authorized user updates and bill to changes.
  • Partner with order management and order fulfillment post-sale to ensure order entry activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct order management of post-sales and order entry activities to complete service orders.
  • Review and research client data to resolve client concerns and issues.
  • Identify discrepancies and request corrections to resolve contract and billing system inconsistencies.
  • Audit and update billing and CRM client data to ensure synchronous databases for reporting.
  • Stay current on supported products, services and systems to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients
  • Partner with clients to give status updates on requested move, add or change (MAC) activities, for Enterprise product types that include upgrades, downgrades, adjustments, bill-to address and other general account changes.
