Job Description: Role Summary The Finance organization at HPE is undergoing a multi‑year strategic transformation that spans global processes, systems modernization, AI‑driven capabilities, and new operating models. Many of these initiatives require coordinated change adoption not only inside Finance, but as well as Business Units and Global Functions impacted by Finance‑led transformation. The Business Change Manager will establish and lead the change management discipline for Finance & Strategy. This role ensures that the organization successfully adopts major business, process, and technology changes by applying structured change methodologies, driving stakeholder alignment, and executing high‑quality communication and enablement plans. This leader will work as an enterprise connector — influencing adoption well beyond Finance and into the broader HPE ecosystem.
