About The Position

Business Change Director Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Business Change Director is responsible for working with the team and cross functional stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise to identify and implement multi-faceted, complex projects, programs and plans focused on the affordability of healthcare while simplifying the member and provider experience . How you will make an impact: Driving member centric narratives that ensures activities are aligned with corporate strategy and member value working directly with the Healthcare Affordability team. Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope data. Leads efforts to identify best practices. Leads end to end execution risk pathways between ideation and execution of enterprise initiatives. Develops executive summary documents. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs. Designs methods for integrating functions and processes. Conducts cost/benefit analysis. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit. Provides process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to both local and enterprise wide initiatives. Leads the project prioritization and scheduling activities for the business unit. Provides expertise in process planning and portfolio management activities. Supports the execution of the operating plan.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of provider relations, communications, and/or marketing including government programs like Medicare and Medicaid is preferred.
  • General Healthcare industry knowledge/experience with advocacy work strongly preferred
  • Experience and comfort in highly adaptive environments requiring strategic pivots and critical thinking
  • Keen understanding of value story telling and experience in driving cultural change and adoption
  • Proficiency in data and research to successfully identify ideas.
  • Experience with high risk initiatives and data analysis to identify root causes, implement findings, and present insights to leadership.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management processes.
