As the Business Banking & Treasury Operations Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational engine that powers our business banking and treasury ecosystem. You’ll be the strategic architect behind the systems, processes, and controls that enable scalable growth, exceptional member experiences, and the expansion of our commercial deposit and treasury capabilities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Operational Leadership Serve as FIGFCU’s senior subject matter expert for business banking and treasury operations, ensuring our core systems and digital channels are aligned to support rapid growth and evolving member needs. Lead the operational strategy, development, and execution of treasury and cash management services, including: ACH origination and file processing Wire transfers and investigations Positive pay and fraud‑mitigation tools Sweep accounts and business account hierarchies Escrow and IOLTA account management Drive operational readiness for new business banking products and enhancements that support our $5B growth strategy. Operational Excellence & Scalability Build and refine scalable workflows, SOPs, and controls that support high‑volume, high‑complexity business banking operations. Establish operational KPIs and quality standards that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a consistently exceptional member experience. Partner with digital banking teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end experiences and back-office capabilities. Risk, Compliance & Governance Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements including Reg E, BSA/AML, NACHA, and escrow/IOLTA standards. Strengthen operational risk management through proactive assessments, control enhancements, and cross‑functional collaboration. Cross‑Functional Influence & Collaboration Act as a strategic partner to Product, IT, Digital Banking, Member Experience, and Business Banking teams. Support post‑digital conversion initiatives such as activity billing, account analysis, and advanced treasury features. Provide operational leadership for vendor evaluations, system enhancements, and enterprise‑level initiatives tied to growth and modernization. What You Bring Experience & Expertise 7+ years of experience in financial institution operations with deep expertise in business banking, treasury services, or commercial deposits. Strong working knowledge of core banking systems (Fiserv DNA strongly preferred). Demonstrated experience supporting digital delivery of treasury services (ACH, wires, RDC, positive pay). Strong understanding of business account structures, commercial deposit requirements, and escrow/IOLTA operations. Proven ability to translate strategic goals into operational frameworks and scalable processes.
