They work directly with customer accounts, inquiries, and items directly related to client satisfaction while working under the direction of Business Banking Relationship Managers and Business Banking Relationship Analysts.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically, five or more years of job-related experience

  • Experience working with business clients.
  • Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share.
  • Retain and deepen client relationships by providing exceptional client experience and support that is knowledgeable, timely and professional.
  • Proactively work to identify potential problems, compliance issues, and to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship.
  • Identify products and services that realize clients’ unmet needs.
  • Oversee risk and compliance obligations by ensuring timely and accurate adherence to all procedural, policy, and regulatory requirements
