We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Banking Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, providing tailored banking solutions and exceptional service to help them achieve their financial goals. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of banking experience including business deposit and account opening experience required.
• A strong working knowledge of PC applications, specifically MS Word and Excel, with the ability to move swiftly and accurately between multiple applications.
• Sales and relationship building experience required
• Customer-Focused Team Player: Works effectively in a team with a positive, customer-first attitude.
• Organized and Efficient: Able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Effective Communicator: Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Technology: Skilled in MS Office and able to learn new software quickly.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: Possesses a high degree of patience, strong problem-solving skills and is results-oriented.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for business members, engaging in consultative conversations to understand their financial priorities and recommend personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with lending staff to gather and organize financial statements, borrower documentation, and other relevant materials needed for annual loan reviews
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
