Job Description Our Business Banking Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping our business clients achieve their financial goals. They approach each and every day with a single purpose – to do the right thing by our business clients to help them achieve their vision for success and the lives they want to lead. They will have access to an expansive set of products and solutions to better serve our business clients today and into the future. This role includes a base salary, a competitive quarterly incentive plan, four weeks of vacation, and carries a Vice President title.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience

  • Able to demonstrate principals of credit risk management
  • Have "soft skills" to partner and collaborate across business lines
  • Proven track record onboarding and retaining businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM

Responsibilities

  • Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.
  • Be the primary advisor for our business clients.
  • Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
  • Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
  • Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
  • Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
