Job Description: This job is responsible for retaining a business banking portfolio, expanding relationships and generating additional revenue from existing clients. Key responsibilities include managing a client portfolio comprised of treasury and/or credit needs to ensure sales, revenue, and retention goals are met. Job expectations include ability to build relationships with the appropriate contacts within the client's company, analyzing client's financial/operating strategies and recommending alternative or additional financial services to best meet the client's immediate/long-term personal/business needs

Requirements

  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • 3-5 years small Business Banking experience
  • 1-3 years Inside sales experience
  • Excellent sales process skills: Call Preparation, Execution & Follow-up
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Early Adopter to changes in line of business

Nice To Haves

  • Complex commercial credit experience
  • Advisory sales experience
  • Intermediate credit analysis skills

Responsibilities
