About The Position

Quincy Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Banking Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to meet the credit union's short- and long-term commercial lending objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending or business development
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads to book commercial loans
• Foster new relationships with major commercial accounts and potential clients
• Establish and maintain continuous guidance on commercial lending policies and procedures
• Promote new services to current clients and retain existing business by personal contacts
• Work with third party to have the servicing of the commercial loans completed accurately and, in the timeframe outlined
• Develop, propose, gain acceptance for, and implement strategic plans designed to meet the credit union's commercial lending objectives
