About The Position

As a Business Banking Associate, you will provide administrative support to Business Bankers, function managers, and related departments. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, preparing complex documents, and supporting various departmental activities. You will collect, compile, and analyze data to create both standard and custom reports that support decision-making. A strong understanding of banking laws and regulations is essential, and duties must be performed in compliance with these standards. This role requires independent judgment and discretion, and you will also serve as a resource and provide guidance to other support staff. Requirements

  • Secondary education in related field preferred.
  • Relevant work experience preferred, including banking or related field, or a combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet accountabilities and required competencies of the position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct relationships in a manner that ensures cooperation and positive results.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of concern for professional and innovative customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and teammates.
