Levens, DDS, MS, P.C. has been serving the Western St. Louis area since 1988 and expanded to include a second location in the Southern St. Louis area in 2018, focusing on quality over quantity and earning numerous patient referrals. The team benefits from extensive training, including specialized techniques like lingual orthodontics, under the guidance of Dr. Levens, a professor at St. Louis University. Requirements

Dental / Medical Admin Experience (1+ years)
Well versed in dental procedures, treatment plan presentation and patient education
Dental Insurance Experience
Knowledge of the CDT Codes
Dentrix Ascend Experience
at least a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

Orthodontic admin experience preferred

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and patients, ensuring efficient notification to staff and adeptly handle phone communications.
Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management to achieve practice's care objectives and financial targets.
Address patient financial concerns, maintain accurate financial records.
