ProSidian Seeks a Business Architect - Transition and Economic Development headquartered near Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland Area to support an engagement for Government - Federal (USA) Sector Clients. This HR | Exempt position currently best aligns with the Business Architect Labor Category and ideal candidates exhibit the ability to visualize, analyze, and convert data and experiences to meet performance challenges while confidently engaging in productive “Jugaad” and dialogue targeting mission success. ProSidian Team Members work to provide a broad range of general management and business support services, including program and project management; governance and strategic integration; policy analysis; curriculum and training; and data analytics and evaluation for Veterans Benefits Administration, Transition, and Economic Development requirements. Work in this environment helps promote, advance, and instill a culture of civilian readiness for service members, Veterans, and their families by providing early access to VA benefits and resources as well as access to a network of partner organizations working together to accelerate their economic empowerment and well-being. Business Architect - Transition and Economic Development Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to Environmental Consulting Services (NAICS: 541690), Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy (NAICS: 541690), and Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services (NAICS: 591690) and Performs tasks which structure the enterprise in terms of its governance structure, business processes, and business information; align strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and services, partners and suppliers, organization, capabilities, and key business and IT initiatives. Tasks may include developing a business architecture strategy based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations; applying a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise; capturing the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance; defining the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries; identifying external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business and describing which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes; and capturing the relationships among roles, capabilities and business units, the decomposition of those business units into sub units, and the internal or external management of those units.
