We are seeking a Business Applications Support Analyst to support business-critical applications in a fast-paced and high-volume general contractor / construction environment. This role will primarily support Procore and other business critical applications and work closely with project teams, field personnel, and office staff to ensure applications are reliable, accessible, and aligned with construction workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT or application support experience
• Hands-on experience supporting Procore (required)
• Familiarity supporting other business-critical applications: DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, M365 product suite (preferred), Etc.
• Experience in construction or general contractor environment (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for all Procore modules across active construction projects as well as all other business-critical applications for field and office staff
• Assist with basic report functions within business-critical applications
• Incident management and tracking for application vendors or third-party managed services
• Manage user provisioning and role-based access across all applications
• Provide entry level training for operations team in Procore as well as other applications (remote, jobsite, in-person, may require travel)
• All other duties as assigned
