Position Summary The Business Analyst, Applications, internally titled Analyst, Applications, serves as a key technology partner to the organization, supporting and optimizing core business applications with a primary emphasis on Salesforce and the Microsoft ecosystem (including SharePoint, Power Apps, and related Power Platform tools). Reporting to the Director of Applications, this role is responsible for gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, managing recurring support issues, and providing Tier 2 application support escalating to software vendors as needed. The Analyst helps ensure that all technology solutions—especially Salesforce and Microsoft tools are aligned, scalable, and optimized to support business processes and organizational goals.
