Core Mission: We are looking for a proactive Business Applications specialist to help shape our systems landscape. You won't just maintain existing tools, you will independently drive projects from concept to delivery and actively leverage AI and automation to revolutionize our workflows. We need a self-starter who loves researching new tech and doesn't wait for a roadmap to create business value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Business Applications areas.
  • High Autonomy: You are comfortable working with ambiguity, managing your own timeline, and unblocking yourself.
  • AI-First Mindset: Practical experience using AI/LLMs to solve business problems or automate workflows.
  • Continuous Learner: You have a demonstrated history of teaching yourself new technologies and staying ahead of SaaS trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Stack: Experience with SQL and integration tools (Workato, Make, n8n) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate with AI: Research and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate manual tasks, clean data, and optimize complex processes.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead system implementations and upgrades with minimal supervision, handling everything from scoping to final delivery.
  • System Administration: Serve as the go-to person for our GTM applications and peripheral apps, overseeing configuration, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Process Architecture: Partner with Marketing, Sales, CS and Finance to map operational bottlenecks and re-engineer them for scalability.
  • Data & Insights: Build robust reporting structures and define KPIs to support strategic forecasting.
