Microsoft - BusApps Managing Director specialized in increasing customer value through multi-solution adoption and establishing repeatable growth strategies across RSM capabilities Activities & Scope Analyze current RSM Microsoft client portfolio to identify single capability clients (white space) Partners closely with sales teams to position next-step opportunities, and driver broader adoption across the Microsoft portfolio Document current “attach rates” for Microsoft BusApps (ie: how many F&SC clients have other BusApps services, 1M services or RSM LoB services) Lead client QBR's Build trusted C-Suite relationships 3 Goals of this Role and Success Measures Portfolio and account expansion (SMC, enterprise majors plus enterprise strategic) Net new BusApps growth, new 1M growth and expand into additional RSM LoB growth Increase customer value through multi-solution adoption and measured through improved client retention rates Develop repeatable growth strategies between RSM sales, delivery, 1M and other RSM LoB
