About The Position

Responsible for overseeing the daily administration of the Salesforce.com instance that supports the Commercial Sales team at Shentel.Additionally, support of other saleforce.com applications such as CPQ and potentially other 3rd party sales support platforms (sales enablement, data analytics, commissions).

Requirements

  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications with advanced skills with Excel and reporting required.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce high-quality material with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Keen problem solving skills.
  • High proficiency level with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required with specific Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce.com and various Business Support System experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or in a related field is preferred but equivalent work experience of at least 3 years will be considered.
  • Previous experience working in Salesforce.com or serving in a Salesforce.com administrative role preferred.
