About The Position
William Grant & Sons is a family-owned distiller with a legacy of crafting premium spirits since 1887. Our Group Technology Services (GTS) team is seeking a rare character to join our U.S. team. We collaborate across departments to manage and enhance business applications that drive strategic growth and operational success. The Business Application Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business systems. This includes: Providing end-to-end support for key applications across the organization. Building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, the global GTS team, and external vendors. Aligning technology solutions with evolving business needs. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and adopt emerging technologies. Driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation through thoughtful system enhancements. We're looking for someone who is: Self-driven and highly motivated , with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning. Technically proficient , with experience in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and ETL tools. Detail-oriented , with a sharp eye for accuracy and quality. An excellent communicator , with strong verbal, written, and listening skills. Analytical and resourceful , capable of tackling complex challenges independently.
Requirements
