About The Position

What You'll Do · Lead operational planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting across multiple programs. · Maintain and evolve operational frameworks (status and milestone trackers, reporting tools, deliverable templates). · Partner with Procurement and Finance to manage supplier reviews, compliance, contract timelines, and investment performance. · Oversee budgeting, financial oversight, and quarterly reporting for strategic partnerships. · Audit and standardize SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and content-sharing folder structures for consistency and accessibility. · Implement governance guidelines for naming conventions, permissions, and archival processes. · Act as the primary contact for overall engagement management, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communications. · Maintain alignment between leadership, design/product strategy teams, and external partners. · Facilitate workshops, reviews, and decision-making sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business operations, strategy, program management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous, or high‑growth environments.
