This position supports the work of YMCA of the Rockies, which operates mission-driven family and group conference and retreat centers serving more than 225,000 guests annually. The Business and Financial Analyst is responsible for optimizing financial business processes, managing and analyzing financial data and KPIs, and supporting the finance team’s strategic initiatives. The Analyst will also assist in the management of technology projects to support Finance and Accounting processes across the organization.
