About The Position

Business Analytics Senior Analyst – Provider Engagement Team Band 3 The Clinical & Financial Analytics Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting both clinical program strategy and financial performance management. This role bridges clinical data analysis with financial modeling to drive informed decision-making across internal teams and external client engagements. The advisor will collaborate with Clinical Program Management, Account Teams, and Pricing to ensure the delivery of high-impact solutions that align with business goals and client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, clinical strategy, or financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros), SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage large datasets
  • Experience in client-facing roles and project management
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clinical and financial data to identify trends in medication utilization, pricing, and plan design. Apply findings to client-specific provider outreach strategies, including both prescribers and pharmacies
  • Support the Provider Engagement team in measuring outcomes related to provider outreach campaigns
  • Utilize internal tools to help transmit and automate provider outreach through the electronic medical record
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align analytics with strategic objectives
  • Assist team in the standardization and automation of reporting tools for consistent and accurate analytics delivery
  • Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support decision-makers.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to support team and client goals.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance analytical and strategic capabilities.
