The Business Analytics Manager is responsible for leading analytics, commercial forecasting, and sales systems insights to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role owns bookings forecasting and plays a critical role in driving forecast accuracy, pipeline transparency, and alignment between sales, finance, and operations. In addition, the Business Analytics Manager serves as the business owner for the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, effective adoption, and actionable reporting that supports sales performance, pipeline visibility, and commercial execution. Partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, this role translates complex data into clear insights that support strategic planning, operational execution, and business performance.
