As a Business Analytics Manager within PNC's Capital Markets Group, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The Fixed Income Business Analytics Manager is accountable for the strategy, delivery, and performance of the PNC Capital Markets Fixed Income/Broker Dealer technology product portfolio. This role serves as the senior point of integration between business leadership, clients, technology, and third party providers. They will drive strategic technology product plans and collaborate with product leadership to ensure that prioritized investments are delivered effectively and efficiently while producing measurable business value. Requirements

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• Consulting background or demonstrated problem-solving experience
• Knowledge or experience in Income/Broker Dealer industry (FINRA license not required)
• Knowledge or experience with Agile delivery framework

Responsibilities

• Manages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects.
• Leads a team of Business Analytics Consultants and may manage managers.
• Identifying, sizing, planning and prioritizing opportunities for processes or performance management through analytics.
• Assessing the scope and resources required of various analytics projects to define necessary resources.
• Manage key performance metrics and communicate operational challenges.
• Monitoring and communicating key performance metrics and operational challenges.
