This role offers the opportunity to join a small, high-impact Business Analytics team to help shape the future of the business by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (required for data querying and analysis).
  • Experience or coursework with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently on assigned projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of a programming language, particularly Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Exposure to machine learning concepts and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards in BI tools such as Sigma, Looker Studio, Salesforce Intelligence Cloud and Microstrategy.
  • Working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup to ensure data accuracy and track new site features.
  • Collaborating with the team to pull and analyze data from various sources, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake and Mulesoft integrations.
  • Writing and optimizing complex queries in SQL within the Snowflake data warehouse.
  • Supporting data governance initiatives and contributing to data quality projects.
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions about revenue, customer behavior, and marketing performance.
  • Exploring the development of predictive models using Python or other tools to forecast key metrics or identify new business opportunities (optional/stretch goals).
