We are seeking a Business Analytics Associate to join our Sacramento, CA team! WHAT You’ll Do: Design business analysis and reporting for use throughout the department Collaborate with internal data intelligence group to design data processes and reporting standards, ensure data accuracy, and resolve reporting requests Ensure accuracy of data. Regularly examine data reports/dashboards to locate and resolve mistakes Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports Create business reports that provide insight into key data points Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends WHAT You’ll Need: Min. three years of experience as a financial or business analyst Experience in analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects to meet deadlines and ability to adapt to change Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts, Microsoft Power BI Attention to small details that could impact results If you are interested in who we are and what we do; have a strong desire to work in an organization that places a high priority on teamwork and collaboration; and are interested in working to help create economic opportunity for all – THIS is the place for you! Requirements
