Responsibilities Business Analysts in Agency Recruiting play a vital role in the growth of our agency force by conducting market analysis to identify potential markets and locations for agency placement. They serve as a trusted business partner to Market Area leadership and drive effective execution of the Market Management Strategy by providing guidance, strategic planning, direction and advice to Market Area Leadership. Their expertise of the market, ability to offer key insights into trends and strong relationships with Market Area leadership allow them to develop data-driven recommendations, paired with field intel, to inform agent placement decisions. They have strong business acumen and a clear understanding of how decisions in each market area collectively impact the Enterprise. This position will be a Hybrid work arrangement for selected candidates already located in our Hubs of Atlanta, Dallas or Phoenix; or our corporate office in Bloomington, Ill. Relocation benefits will not apply.
