Responsibilities Business Analysts in Agency Recruiting play a vital role in the growth of our agency force by conducting market analysis to identify potential markets and locations for agency placement. They serve as a trusted business partner to Market Area leadership and drive effective execution of the Market Management Strategy by providing guidance, strategic planning, direction and advice to Market Area Leadership. Their expertise of the market, ability to offer key insights into trends and strong relationships with Market Area leadership allow them to develop data-driven recommendations, paired with field intel, to inform agent placement decisions. They have strong business acumen and a clear understanding of how decisions in each market area collectively impact the Enterprise. This position will be a Hybrid work arrangement for selected candidates already located in our Hubs of Atlanta, Dallas or Phoenix; or our corporate office in Bloomington, Ill. Relocation benefits will not apply. Requirements

  • Ability to influence and build relationships through candid feedback, information sharing, and delivered results; trusted and viewed as highly credible in all situations
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills
  • Experience in consulting with Executives or Market Area Leadership
  • Curious and creative mindset; desire to delve into unexplored areas/questions for comprehensive analysis and insights and creatively tackle complex problems
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to execute and deliver business results under pressure and with a depth of insight
  • Ability to assess a situation and proactively take or drive action
  • Strong business and technical acumen, willingness and desire for continued learning and development
  • Compelling and engaging written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to make the complex simple; adapts communication style as needed for the audience and context
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations to Market Area leadership on agent placement and agent assignment/investment strategies within each unique market
  • Lead regular calls with Market Area AVP/VPAs to share analysis, insights and collaborate on their market management strategy
  • Conduct market research to gather data on customer behavior, industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics and proactively communicate trends with Market Area leadership
  • Collaborate with key business partners to provide a holistic assessment of the market, better understand relevant market needs and proactively prepare for upcoming agent openings
  • Assess market opportunities and potential for growth by evaluating market size, market potential, economic factors and profit considerations
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on extensive data sets, create compelling visual representations and deliver concise yet informative insights and actionable recommendations to Market Area leadership in a digestible format
