About The Position

The Corporate Enterprise segment is a rapidly growing channel for Fiserv and receives strong investment from the firm in both human capital and technology. This role has the primary responsibility of supporting the Corporate Enterprise Sales and RM teams as we continue to drive meaningful growth for Fiserv. This role will receive high levels of visibility and will work directly with leadership across Sales/RM, Product and Operations as we evaluate critical business decisions and manage key business initiatives. The right candidate will shape and expand this role moving forward creating opportunity for personal growth. Expectations are high – this individual needs to develop / establish influence through partnership with internal teams. This person is highly organized, detail-oriented, drives deliverable outcomes with speed, and is open and responsive to direct feedback. The ideal candidate has an appetite for continuous learning and drive for excellence in all deliverables. We have a lot to accomplish and aggressive goals – this person will enable the team to achieve them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 2+ years of strategy related experience, preferably in a management consulting firm, with an emphasis on business growth strategy
  • Exceptional MS Office skills, most especially with Excel skills, including strategy and financial presentation development
  • Experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting
  • Proven ability to understand complex business concepts
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build consensus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels
  • A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple initiatives, ensuring accountability and alignment with project timelines and objectives
  • Identifying, assigning, and tracking resources and key milestones
  • Monitoring progress, conducting regular status updates, and reporting on outcomes
  • Tracking and analyzing critical KPIs to ensure management clarity on state of business

  • Designing and developing visually appealing PowerPoint decks that highlight key data and project developments to support major programs, leverage and produce input into team slide template
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and information for inclusion in presentations, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Management Committee updates, client presentations and sales enablement
  • Crafting compelling narratives that convey the significance of project goals and outcomes, making information accessible to various audiences
  • Ensuring consistency in messaging across all presentation materials to reinforce strategic objectives
