We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Business Analyst for our Fredericksburg location. Job Description The selected candidate will: 1. Evaluate branch business results and provide recommendations to improve. 2. Develop reporting to highlight business performance and assist management in decision making. 3. Help design, document and maintain branch sales and service processes to improve revenue and profitability. 4. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer. 5. Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to management for action. 6. Responsible for developing business cases for improvements and initiatives. 7. Responsible for gathering the necessary data and completing statistical analysis of business processes

Requirements

High School Diploma required; college degree required, technical field preferred
5+ years of experience
Good communication skills/phone skills required
Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
SAP experience preferred
Physical attendance at the worksite as required
