About The Position

The Business Analyst will join the Business Performance Measurement (BPM) team, partnering with Finance, business, and Technology stakeholders to deliver cohesive, end-to-end data solutions that support enterprise priorities and decision-making. This role involves translating business needs into clear analytical and data requirements, supporting the design and reliability of data products, and contributing to the evolution of BPM’s data capabilities. Key tasks include performing data testing and validation, researching data issues and emerging trends, supporting operational processes, and enabling both ad-hoc and enterprise-level analytics. The analyst will also facilitate data governance, manage communication regarding data health and availability, and develop artifacts for efficient solution delivery. The BPM team's mission is to deliver actionable, data-driven insights across the enterprise by building and maintaining a high-quality, stable, and robust data environment, aiming to empower a data-driven culture and provide insights that fuel innovation, support strategic growth, and enable informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
  • Experience in finance or business analysis roles across multiple business areas
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for Technology teams
  • Experience with end-user and business acceptance testing, including data validation and reconciliation
  • Proficiency in explaining, defending, and constructively challenging analytical findings with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and solve moderately complex problems in a deadline-driven, ambiguous environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to “tell the story” with data to audiences at varying levels
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills across Finance, business, and Technology partners
  • Confidence, business maturity, and presence to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Data and analytics experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar BI and visualization platforms
  • Experience working with SQL, including querying and manipulating data in Snowflake and other relational databases
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and apply creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches
