Toll Integrated Systems seeks a Business Analyst for our for our team located in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. What is the opportunity? This position will be hybrid with 4 days required on-site per week. The Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for analyzing data and generating reporting from both internal and external sources, and to aid in process improvement and company growth for our manufacturing division at Toll Integrated Systems. Requirements

  • Passionate self-starter with a desire to take on the challenge of supporting the team
  • Strong organization and time management skills, exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Capable of forward thinking to the benefit of the organization. Analyzes information; identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work with employees among multiple departments.
  • Able to utilize the department specific technologies to solve business challenges.
  • 1- 3 years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and implement process or procedural changes
  • Assist in the creation of metrics, impact reports, procedures/work instructions
  • Create databases for process and reporting purposes
  • Present ideas one-on-one or in group setting. Able to organize thoughts in presentation format.
  • Incorporate working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies into process/procedural changes
  • Provide information to senior management to assist with decision making
  • Other analytical support as necessary
