Position Overview: As a Business Analyst with the Workforce Services Division, you won’t just analyze systems, you’ll lead efforts that shape how Montanans experience their workforce services every day. You’ll lead complex projects that cut across programs, working closely with program staff, technology teams, and community partners to turn real world needs into clear solutions. In this role, you’ll connect projects to the division’s top priorities, look ahead to spot risks and impacts across related business areas and support teams from early concept, through implementation and evaluation. If you like tackling high visibility challenges, influencing decisions, and seeing your work improve services statewide, this position gives you the opportunity to do exactly that.
