About The Position

As a Business Analyst – Technology, you will play a key role in supporting financial and operational reporting for a large, multinational IT services environment. This role is ideal for an early-career analyst who enjoys working with data, collaborating cross-functionally, and helping teams make better decisions through insights and analysis. You’ll contribute to improving internal processes while gaining exposure to pricing, sales operations, and business analytics in a fast-paced B2B organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience or internship experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related area
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with data, reports, and dashboards
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to pricing analysis, quote support, reporting, or sales data management
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or reporting tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or MS Access
  • Strong business acumen with interest in how pricing decisions impact margin, revenue, and sales performance
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, high-volume business environment
  • Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement and data governance

Responsibilities

  • Create, publish, and maintain financial and operational reports using Excel
  • Manage data, build queries, and maintain data tables using Power BI and MS Access
  • Analyze business data, identify trends, and report key findings to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Sales teams to gather requirements and recommend solutions
  • Support pricing analysis by gathering data, validating inputs, and helping ensure accurate pricing information across systems
  • Provide reporting and insights on pricing trends, quote activity, margins, and overall business performance
  • Assist in documenting and improving processes related to pricing requests, approvals, quoting, and order flow
  • Troubleshoot and support Excel-based reports and other business applications
  • Use Microsoft Outlook and Teams to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners
