We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) to support a large-scale digital platform modernization and integration transformation program within the QSR and e-commerce ecosystem. The role focuses on loyalty platforms, customer identity, digital commerce workflows, and API-based orchestration architectures. The BA will work closely with product owners, architects, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to define business requirements, translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications, and ensure seamless delivery of customer-centric digital journeys. Strong experience in e-commerce, loyalty platforms (Paytronix preferred), QSR operations, and API-driven ecosystems is essential.
